Find Out MoreThe GEG obliges companies to have their air-conditioning and ventilation systems with a nominal cooling capacity of more than 12 kW inspected every ten years by certified specialist companies. With us as your partner, you are able to meet these requirements quickly and reliably, even with large real estate portfolios.
In addition to GEG inspections, our experts support you in the simulation and calculation of entire buildings or parts of buildings for the preparation of comprehensive energy requirement certificates.
We also issue the energy consumption certificate. After all, this is mandatory for construction managers, owners and landlords. The evaluation of individual systems in analyses or energy consulting in small and medium-sized companies is also an option if desired.
District solutions

These districts are neighbourhoods or building complexes in urban areas that look to provide the area with a resource-efficient energy supply in a communal and decentralised manner. Of course, all trades are considered in an interdisciplinary manner in this regard.
